List of parameters:

A. Shower flow selected is 12 litres per minute as typical. Low flow shower = 7 l/min and high flow anything up to 20 l/min
B. There is another 100 litres of hot water per month per person (as per Brands report) with another 100 litres fixed per month used per household.
C. 'A grade' cylinder insulation has been used
D. 180 litre cylinder used
E. It is assumed everyone showers once a day
F. Power prices rise at 3.8% per year (this has been average over last 15 years)
G. Low tariff scenarios assume 100% low tariff heating used (reality might be mixed % but gets very complex very quickly)
