Pump on at night
Click on flow diagram to the right for logical troubleshooting.Usually a reverse thermosiphon issue, the one-way valve or back flow prevention fails.
Pump not turning off
Beware a 'Pump Off' value that is too low. Min 2°C for pools, 3°C for solar hot water
No solar harvesting yet sun is shining
Usually water has stopped flowing in the solar loop
Pump acting strange
Usually normal for stagnation recovery behaviour
Suspect Sensor temperature readings
Usually a broken or insulation stripped cable. Might not be visible externally.Ensure sensor cables are securely fastened and protected from damage
